SUP YOGA: Yoga Classes on the Stand Up Paddleboard!
Led by one of the pioneers in the country, Jessica Bellofatto, on the only floating studio of its kind in the Hamptons, these classes combine traditional yoga postures with the added fun of floating on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) in flat water! All classes include a quick paddle lesson for newbies, a short warm up paddle, and then we will attach to our anchor system for a sweet yoga experience unlike any other. Designed for all levels, you will be guided through an intelligently designed sequence of postures strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups, opening up the breath, quieting the mind, and moving into greater alignment with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us out on the water.
Most of our SUP YOGA classes take place at the Paddle Diva Center, located at the Shagwong Marina at 219 Three Mile Harbor Rd in East Hampton. From East Hampton: Get on North Main Street, and take Three Mile Harbor Road about four miles and you will see the blue sign for the Shagwong Marina and Paddle Diva on your left. If you see a pink truck on the right hand side of the road for the Pig Pen Produce Farm Stand, you went too far. Please note that if you plug in 219 Three Mile Harbor Road, you will first come to a plain white Mail Box, this is not the marina, do not turn down that driveway. Please continue north about 1 1/4 miles, you will see the water (which is the start of Three Mile Harbor) on your left, the street numbers RESET at the water and 219 will come up on your left when you reach the Marina! We also paddle at Georgica Pond, Sagg Pond, or a location of your choice for private sessions.
SUNSEST & STARGAZING Paddles
with Yoga and Meditation
Our sunset paddles will take place during that magical time as the sun sets in the summer sky. We will paddle across Three Mile Harbor as a group, and then return to the beach and anchor to our floating Yoga studio (the only one of its kind in the Hamptons!), where Jessica will guide you through 'moon salutations' and a sweet evening yoga practice on the boards, followed by a short meditation. We will then return to the beach for some refreshments. Unlike anything you have ever done before, this paddle will awaken your senses and is guaranteed to be a highlight of your summer season!

Class packs are valid for both of these classes, and expire after the summer season.
In the case of inclement weather, a class credit (but not refund) will be provided.
