Jessica Bellofatto and Gina Bradley of Paddle Diva are excited to continue to offer you their combined 40 plus years of Yoga and water experience and have put together an amazing menu of stand up paddleboarding (SUP) and Yoga adventures that will not only get your body in amazing shape, your mind clear and still, and your heart wide open, but will keep you laughing as well. * Paddle experience is necessary for the Distance Paddle. We will take a strong 30-45 minute paddle, followed by 45 minutes of a strong yoga class, playing with some slightly more challenging poses on the board.

About SUP YOGA Classes

One of the pioneers in the country, Jessica takes her 20 years of yoga practice and training and translates it onto a SUP board! Jessica is also WPA certified as a paddling instructor, and is a certified stillwater lifeguard. Her love and passion for yoga, paddling, and the ocean all combine to create an experience unlike any other. These classes combine traditional yoga postures with the added fun of floating on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) in flat water. Led by Jessica Bellofatto, we are proud to announce new this summer the first and only floating yoga studio of its kind!

All classes include a quick paddle lesson for newbies, a short warm up paddle, and then we will attach to our anchor system for a sweet yoga experience unlike any other. Designed for all levels, you will be guided through an intelligently designed sequence of postures strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups, opening up the breath, quieting the mind, and moving into greater alignment with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us out on the water.

Most of our SUP YOGA classes take place at the Paddle Diva Center, located at the Shagwong Marina at 219 Three Mile Harbor Rd in East Hampton. From East Hampton: Get on North Main Street, and take Three Mile Harbor Road about four miles and you will see the blue sign for the Shagwong Marina and Paddle Diva on your left. If you see a pink truck on the right hand side of the road for the Pig Pen Produce Farm Stand, you went too far. Please note that if you plug in 219 Three Mile Harbor Road, you will first come to a plain white Mail Box, this is not the marina, do not turn down that driveway. Please continue north about 1 1/4 miles, you will see the water (which is the start of Three Mile Harbor) on your left, the street numbers RESET at the water and 219 will come up on your left when you reach the Marina! We also paddle at Georgica Pond, Sagg Pond, or a location of your choice for private sessions.

Full Moon Yoga Paddles

SUP YOGA teacher trainingOur moonlight paddles will take place during that magical time as the sun sets and the moon rises. We will paddle across Three Mile Harbor as a group, and then return to the beach and anchor to our floating Yoga studio (the only one of its kind in the Hamptons!), where Jessica will guide you through 'moon salutations' and a sweet evening yoga practice on the boards, followed by a short meditation. We will then return to the beach for some refreshments. Unlike anything you have ever done before, this paddle will awaken your senses and is guaranteed to be a highlight of your summer season!

PLEASE NOTE:
Class packs are valid for both of these classes, and expire after the summer season.
In the case of inclement weather, a class credit (but not refund) will be provided.
Class credits can also be applied towards other classes or retreats with jessica.
